On Monday, I went out with my cousin to watch the movie ( Notes on a Scandal) . We were ushered into the preview theatre whereby the seats were posh and the cinema was quite small compared to the normal ones. Most of the people seated around us were mainly couples or either those single women. hahaz :) I think we were the youngest watching this film. The movie was intriguing the tagline that goes something like this " One woman's mistake is another's opportunity". Indeed, it tells me the entire story from that quote. ahahz Afterwhich, we went to shop around and then headed to Funan to repair her laptop charger.

Tuesday, went back to school to clear the viruses and check my laptop as it was faulty. hahaz. lol. What a long wait to check my laptop. hahaz.. Then went to the office for job briefing. hahz. wah! So exhausted, went home and took a nap then watched a film on dvd..

Today,stayed home all day and clear and spring clean the study room and bundled up all the old books and threw them away, there were lots of them.. stacks and stacks of it.. hahaz.. lol.. wah!. I can't believe I did all these clearing of stuff today. ahahz More to come to clean up the house in the weeks to come. =D

Tomorrow, will be my 1st day of work at the travel agency. hahaz. ermm.. lots of thoughts pondering in my mind. How would it be? Will it be tough? Will my colleagues be nice? How will I be treated? Will I wake up in time for work? hahaz.. wah...
But I know something that will never waver my thought to start work tomorrow, it's the love of my heavenly father always there by my side guiding me and loving me constantly. that's awesome and the support from my parents. :)

Movies/ tournament

I participated in the bowling tournament today, it was a 4 game series, doubles event. My highest of the 4 games series was 167. hhaah

Movies I want to watch this holiday:

6) Music and lyrics

The workers were still oiling the lanes and we started training late, however we played a total of 4 game series and James corrected me and taught me the 3,6,9 sparing system. I 've gained a lot from him. :) So blessed to have him as my coach. After which, rushed down to lavender to wait for my mum to fetch me to visit my relatives. hahaz. yeah! it's hong bao collection day once agaiN! Went to visit my manager at my previous work place. She missed me and asked me to come back to work during my vacation. hahaz.. I may consider it again once I am free. hahaz.. :) When will I be free? ermm... that's a tough question and it's unpredictable. she hugged me too.. awww... so sweet and caring manager she is! ahahaz..Then went to my uncle's place to rest and then all of us went to have dinner together. The meal was splendid.
What a wonderful day today indeed!

back from Genting

Just came back from Genting with 7 families in total, had a blast of a time watching fireworks and fire crackers to usher the year of the pig (2007) on the 17th Feb. Played bowling the entire trip with michelle and the group and saw my friend with his parents at the pool parlour. hahaz.. =D

We ate Ah Yatt restaurant, the abalone, shark fin, suckling pig etc...in a nutshell, the food was indeed delectable. Genting is so crowded, be it play, casino, food etc, all of them, we needed to queue. haha. :)

I've got slected into the team for the NUS invitational tournament, Praise Jesus! I am going to excel in it. =D

Theses pictures above are the happenings of holista event on the 13th feb. Most of the day were talks by 6 different speakers. The speaker that I admired due to his works were Rex from furry fish company and Tim regarding his works on advertisements etc. Afterwhich, it was refreshments and performance by the sta G club people. They sang well and they rap well too. There was this quote whereby Graham said: " CREATIVITY IS THE CESSATION OF STUPIDITY". I am indeed awed by this quote and love it.

Yesterday was Valentine's day and my friends and I went for the bowling chalet which turned out to be a farewell party for the yr 3 senoirs in Bowling IG too. :) I saw Angel-ex bowling captain, arrrhh! I miss her lots. My ex-coach was there too. hahaz..Isaac.. Haven't seen him for so long. As to keep the couple's dream alive with the new badge of us, I will excel in bowling and I know I will, because I have daddy Jesus! Amen! love U guys.

splendid shopping day!

Yesterday, I skip the last day of enterprise lesson which also happens to be the last day of school. Arhh! I'll be going to miss w34f! Instead of going to school, I promised val to go shopping with her. I waited for her like an hour plus passed the actual meeting time. lol, I waited till I was so bored and felt exhausted. Finally, she arrived and we went to bugis street to walk around and shop, afterwhich we went to Parco bugis junction to have our lunch, she recommended me chicken wing fried rice. The food was on a little high side, however, it was worth it and palatable. We continued to walk opposite bugis to have the famous honeydew sago dessert. Wee! As the weather was humid, it was the right choice of dessert we ate. After a wonderful assumptious meal, we walked all the way to raffles city and went to check out some cosmetics and val bought 70 bucks worth of eyeliner, eyeshadow etc. hahaz.It's a voucher by the way. Then, we headed down to Orchard and went to far east plaza to shop for more stuff and I bought a few tops, belt and accessories. Finally, we felt tired after walking for so many hours shopping from one place to another and then we decided to dine at food republic at wisma atria and ate the famous hokkein prawn mee whereas she ate sliced fish mee hoon. Arhh!! I miss val sooooo much, haven't seen her for sooo long ever since we've graduated! I hope that whenever her off day is, it will be a shopping trip for us. :) She's indeed a lovely friend to have. I'm so blessed. haahz.

Good news:
I've been selected for the NUS open 2007 tournament! Praise Jesus!

I woke up late today at 7.30am and took my own sweet time to leave the house, skipped science test. Walked into class at 9am, the class seems to be so meticulous in their calculations for the test, luckly, I skipped it, that was a wise choice indeed. Calculated my predicted GPA using the GPA caculator, I got a total of 3. I hope that my gpa for the overall will improve from what I have gotten for semester 1. I ended class early today at 11.30am, it's unbelievable that my science faci actully released us so early , perhaps due to the last day of her science lesson and she gave the class a treat, we spent it on pizza. We gobbled up the pizza as we were hungry. Thereafter, went over to xiao wei's class and I brain-washed her till she pon 3rd meeting and we went to sun plaza and treated her to the famous beef noodles, it was extremely delectable and the soup was simply heavenly. Afterwhich, we headed down to ps and when we reached the station, she was so blur and followed me down the escalator which we took the wrong one to the plattform landing. OMG.. hahaz... I think it was due to the after effect of her stomach flu and then we wanted to catch a movie but the timings weren't right, we did window shopping.

It's been weeks since I last blogged.

Just heard over the radio that the o.s results will be out this coming friday. All the best to my friends and those out there receiving it! Next Monday, intending to skip enterprise lesson again and go shopping with val! weE! I miss her much=) Next Tuesday, there's going to be the HOLISTA event! HORRAAY! The following days, I will be having bowling chalet. haha. =D Then on saturday, will be having LOVE ACTUALLY seminar and I'll be bringing abel and his friend :) Later in the evening, I'll be having bbq at ecp with sta open house committee members and facilitators! hahaz, what a hectic day! I can't wait!
